You must initiate contact within 30 days of receiving the product.

Returned items must be undamaged, with tags still on, and not abused. The product will be inspected to verify.

You’ll need to return the item (at your cost) along with a note stating your order number and the problem.

The store credit or gift card they issue does not expire.
